All purchase except full cartons of wine will be delivered in our eco friendly Cambodunum non woven bag. Our Customer Service representative will contact you about a convenient delivery time.
All temperature sensitive goods like our artisan cheese or the traditional cold cuts will be delivered in a "Coolmailer" together with a "Coolpack". Both items we purchase from a company in Germany called "Ecocool".
The packing/cooling material is included in the HK$ 65.00 delivery charge. All orders above HK$ 600 we deliver free of charge to our customers.
Please help us to save the environment and kindly re-use our bags/cooling material.
If you want to arrange a special delivery time or return the cooling material to us this is also possible, please kindly drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to the customer when Cambodunum received full payment of the full invoice amount due (including delivery charges).
In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Law is applicable.
We deliver within Hong Kong. For delivery addresses outside HK-Island, Kowloon and N.T. (e.g. outlying islands) please kindly send us an email so that we can arrange a delivery for you.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this case customers will be contacted to re-schedule a new delivery time.
If the delivery of the ordered goods is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather or other factors, Cambodunum shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of Cambodunum or not.
An additional delivery fee will be charged if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the nominated delivery time. The customer is responsible to notify Cambodunum of any change to the mentioned delivery address.
